Intake, pretty bad as I left home at 7 am and was back at after 8pm.

  • almond pastry, apple, coffee 
  • 2 slices of bread with creamy cheese and ham
  • apple
  • cottage cheese and green tea

Exam went better than I thought, should pass without any problems. Tomorrow will be way harder though.. I truly hate principles of management..

Day.. who knows which.

I measured myself today and from the beginning of the year I lost good few centimeters. Not much but taking into account all the ups and downs in my healthy eating adventure, it’s pretty good.

Waist: 74->70cm
Hips: 104->100cm
Thigh: 64->61cm

I’m especially happy with hips and thighs, even though they are still far from perfection. Small changes, big smile on my face!

Going back to study now. I’m in the middle of my final exams. 4 exams this week and 2 following week, intense.. but if I pass evrything, then I’m going on student exchange for my third year of college!!! Fingers crossed:)

Day 15

Intake:

So far:

  • multigrain wrap with mustard, roasted chicken ham and pepper 
  • apple and coffee
  • vegetable soup (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, rice, nat. yogurt and seasonings)
    multigrain wrap with hummus, roasted chicken ham and pepper  
    green tea 

Planned:

  • banana, raspberries & spinach smoothie
    few sticks of celery with hummus
    green tea 

And now it’s time to study. Intl trade, here I come! 

Day 14

Intake:

  • smoothie (banana, apple, raspberries, mango, spinach, celery, natural yogurt)
    coffee w/ skimmed milk 
  • wholegrain wrap with roasted chicken ham, mustard and red pepper
    2 sticks of celery and half of green pepper w/ hummus
    green tea 
  • scrambled eggs w/ spinach and pepper
    wholegrain wrap with roasted chicken ham

I’ve cleaned my room, done two sets of laundry, made notes for Corporate Finances and now gonna watch new episode of Gossip Girl and House MD:)
